The Basics

What are your hours of operation?

We are available in the office between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. Contact us between those hours and we’ll be happy to help.

How long has All About Trucks been in business?

We’ve been providing services to our growing trucking family since 2008.

What languages do you speak?

In addition to English, we also speak Polish and Russian.

What services do you offer?

When it comes to trucking services, you name it, we have it. Most of our services fall into the following categories:
• International Registration Plan (IRP)
• International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA)

Can you help me figure out what services I need?

Absolutely! Just contact us and we’ll work with you to determine exactly what your business needs.

Do you do insurance?

We don’t, but we would be happy to recommend a company who does.

Can you help me with safety audits?

Yes, but only with safety audits, not compliance reviews.

All about translab

What is TransLab?

TransLab is our random drug & alcohol testing program designed to help you comply with all DOT and FMCSR regulations. It’s quick, convenient and discreet. If you’d like to learn more about it, visit our TransLab page here.

How does TransLab work?

Every quarter, employees from your company may be randomly selected for drug and alcohol testing. Our 30,000 testing locations across the country make this process quick and convenient, whether your truckers are at home or on the road.

How can I join TransLab? Where can I find pricing and membership info?

You can learn about the membership types and pricing here. If you’re ready to join, please fill out an application or join online.

Where can I find drug and alcohol testing locations?

We have locations on the grid, off the grid, and everywhere in between.

Do you provide medical exams in addition to drug testing?

TransLab locations provide drug testing only, but you can search for a certified medical examiner here.

Forms and Applications

How long does it take for an authority to be active?

On average, an authority takes about three weeks.

How long does it take to receive plates?

For first time IRP, it’s about a two-week wait. If you have a current account, you’ll be issued a 45-day temporary permit the same day.
